Our Pre-purchase service is designed to examine historical sales evidence and assist in formulating a purchasing strategy. There are many times when placing an offer on the table can be done without the full knowledge of what is an upper and lower range of market value for the respective property. It is our experience that too often purchasers are exploited due to the lack of this knowledge, for example during an auction. There is no legal reason why you cannot bid at an auction, or place an offer on the table in a private sale, for as much as you want, but in the finance industry there are very significant ramifications of which most people are totally unaware. Our goal is to inform you of those ramifications so that you can go to an auction, for example, where the sale is 'unconditional' and be fully aware of the implications behind the bidding process.
